Spiritualism is a recognised religion in this country, with charitable status. Its main object is through mediumship to show the continuation of life after physical death, through evidence not faith. It is non profit making and its workers are voluntary. Forget Church dogma, tradition and ancient literature . our information comes through mediums from the sprits - those who know because they are living it! they provide the living proof . Our Seven principles were given to one of the early pioneers - Emma Hardinge Britten. It is said they come from Robert Owen, Social reformer, though some spiritualists argue against this.
